The Dripping Springs High School JROTC Military Club is partnering with Toys for Tots and the Marine Corps to help raise toys and money for Austin area children this holiday season! Congratulations to the Dripping Springs High School Tiger Band on advancing to the UIL Area D Marching Contest after earning straight 1 ratings at the Region 18 Marching Contest! The Tiger Band will perform in the area prelims at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 25 at Kelly Reeves Stadium in Round Rock. Finals will begin at 7:00 p.m. with the top five bands advancing to the UIL State Contest.
The Dripping Springs High School HOSA program will host a blood drive on Monday, October 20 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the school's front parking lot. Participants must be at least 17 years old and 115 pounds to donate. Please eat a full meal and bring a photo ID before donating. Participants will receive a free T-shirt for their donation!
