DSISD will hold attendance zoning community meetings on Thursday, Oct. 17 (10 AM & 6 PM) and Tuesday, Oct. 22 (10 AM & 6 PM) in the Center for Learning & Leadership to present “starter map” options for new elementary and middle school attendance zones that will go into effect for the fall of 2025.
A reminder that DSISD campuses and offices will be closed Monday, Oct. 14. Classes will resume Tuesday. Enjoy the three-day weekend!

DSISD hosted Taxpayer Tuesday to more than 30 attendees yesterday at Dripping Springs Elementary! DSISD Chief Financial Officer Gina Mitschke provided an in-depth presentation on school finance while Principal Kellie Raymond gave attendees a tour of the newly-renovated campus.
The Dripping Springs High School HOSA program will sponsor a blood drive on Tuesday, Oct. 15 from 9 AM-3 PM in the front DSHS parking lot. Participants must be at least 17 years old and 115 pounds to donate. Please eat a full meal and bring a photo ID before donating. All participants will receive a We Are Blood T-shirt. On Monday, the Board of Trustees visited Dripping Springs Elementary to check in on the completed renovations, visit several classrooms, and learn about the campus's goals around leadership, learning, campus culture, and student attendance.
