This free, public event is a great chance to experience the excitement of STEM in action! The West Travis County Public Utilities Agency (WTCPUA) has advised DSISD of a significant loss of water service that is impacting Cypress Springs Elementary, Rooster Springs Elementary, Wildwood Springs Elementary, Sycamore Springs Elementary, and Sycamore Springs Middle School. The agency is working to resolve the issue and expects water service to return later today. Campuses will have bottled water available for drinking and hand sanitizer for restrooms, as well as water to assist with flushing the toilets until the full water levels return. The cafeteria staff have gallons of water and can safely prepare and serve lunch. However, students and families can expect altered operations, such as certain restrooms being closed, in order to consolidate support.
