The Dripping Springs High School JROTC is partnering with Toys for Tots and the Marine Corps to help raise toys and money for Austin area children! You can drop off a new, unwrapped toy at any of the following locations until December 1! Donations can also be made at austin-tx.toysfortots.org.

DSISD will hold attendance zoning community meetings on Thursday, Oct. 17 (10 AM & 6 PM) and Tuesday, Oct. 22 (10 AM & 6 PM) in the Center for Learning & Leadership to present “starter map” options for new elementary and middle school attendance zones that will go into effect for the fall of 2025.

DSISD hosted the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce Leadership Dripping Springs cohort for Education Day on Tuesday. Participants spent the day with district leaders touring campuses, learning about school finance, CTE programs, district growth, and strategic priorities for the future. DSISD hosted Taxpayer Tuesday to more than 30 attendees yesterday at Dripping Springs Elementary! DSISD Chief Financial Officer Gina Mitschke provided an in-depth presentation on school finance while Principal Kellie Raymond gave attendees a tour of the newly-renovated campus.
The Dripping Springs High School HOSA program will sponsor a blood drive on Tuesday, Oct. 15 from 9 AM-3 PM in the front DSHS parking lot. Participants must be at least 17 years old and 115 pounds to donate. Please eat a full meal and bring a photo ID before donating. All participants will receive a We Are Blood T-shirt.
