Our Student Council is hosting holiday dress-up days, and they are just around the corner (December 15th-19th). We’re excited to bring a little extra cheer to the halls.
Greetings SSMS families! This Friday our PTA is hosting the annual Sugar Shack cookie and treat event for our staff. They ask that you very generously sign up to donate sweet treats that will be set out for all of our teachers, admin, and staff to collect and take home! This will be the most amazing jumpstart to the holiday season! One of the projects included in DSISD’s 2025 Bond was retrofitting our school buses with seat belts. We are pleased to report that seat belts have now been installed on 33 additional buses, bringing our total to 66 buses equipped with seat belts. Currently, 90% of DSISD buses have seat belts, including all daily route buses and all athletic buses. Thank you to the voters who helped make this project possible!
