Dripping Springs ISD will be hosting two community information sessions about the May 2025 Bond on April 9 in the Center for Learning & Leadership. Parents and community members are invited to attend either a morning session at 9:30 a.m. or an evening session at 6:00 p.m. We will be here to share information about the upcoming bond and answer your questions.
DSISD campuses and offices will be closed next week for spring break! Classes will resume on Monday, March 24.

DSISD has announced grandfathering guidelines for the attendance rezoning that will go into effect for the 2025-26 school year with the opening of Wildwood Springs Elementary and the expansion of Sycamore Springs Middle School. Skyward Family Access is currently unavailable due to a maintenance issue. The DSISD Technology Department is working diligently with Skyward support to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience!

With the Winter Storm Warning that is in effect for our area, all DSISD schools and district offices will be closed Tuesday, January 21. This closure includes all activities, events, and meetings scheduled for Tuesday.

This week, DSISD hosted Taxpayer Tuesday at Sycamore Springs Elementary. Stakeholders began with a campus tour led by Principal Cody Spraberry. Following the tour, Deputy Superintendent Elaine Cogburn and Chief Financial Officer Gina Mitschke gave a presentation on school district revenue, spending requirements, property taxes and how recapture works for Texas school districts.
