New Student Registration and the Pre-K Lottery for the 2026-27 school year opens Monday, March 2 at 3:00 p.m. On March 2, families can visit either dsisdtx.us/pk (Pre-K) or dsisdtx.us/registration (K-12) to begin the registration process. We're excited to welcome our newest Tigers!

These customizable pens are designed and assembled by our students as part of the program’s entrepreneurial training component, and all profits directly support the program—helping students explore new entrepreneurial opportunities. The Dripping Springs High School JROTC Military Club is partnering with Toys for Tots and the Marine Corps to help raise toys and money for Austin area children this holiday season! You can drop off a new, unwrapped toy at any of the following locations until December 1! Donations can also be made at austin-tx.toysfortots.org.

DSISD campuses welcomed 8,800 students on Wednesday for the first day of the 2025–26 school year! We also celebrated the opening of Wildwood Springs Elementary, our sixth elementary campus, as it welcomed students for its very first day of classes.
