Please note: Tomorrow is the end-of-year party day and 5th grade/Senior walk. The walk will begin at 8:05 am. Parents may stand outside in the car rider loop to watch the parade. Parking is an issue around RSES, especially on party day. If you live within walking distance, please consider walking to the school. We have been informed that Hays County will be giving tickets for cars parked in red and yellow zones. The front parking is always full, please utilize the side staff/visitors lot as an option. Visitors must have a visitor badge to be on and around the campus. Outdoor parties require a visitor tag as well. We have pre-printed badges for parents that we have in our Raptor system. Passing these out is not perfect, but it helps. You must have an ID. Thank you for helping with the Safety and Security of the students and staff of RSES. Click here for the Party Schedule.
Upcoming Events & Information
Girls just want to have Fun Camp: Come and join Mrs. Graham & Ms. Dunn, two Rooster Springs teachers, as they help girls build confidence in themselves and encourage others while having a BLAST! Each day will consist of friendship-building activities, learning proper social etiquette, as well as a fun craftivity. Two Sessions will be offered (7/7-7/10 & 7/14-7/17). 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. ALL RSE LIBRARY BOOKS ARE DUE BACK ASAP! We are still missing books. Any book not turned in will be marked as "Lost" and will need to be paid for so a replacement copy can be ordered. Thank you for your help in locating all of our wonderful books! Click here to pay for a book.
The RSE CL&I Summer of '25 Reading Challenge is here! A copy of the sheet went home last week with students. Here is a digital copy you can print out as well. Students can bring the sheet back to Mrs. Henry on Meet the Teacher Day in August for a prize! Happy Reading!

2025-2026 RSE School Supply Packs: The EPI school supply store closes June 1! Click here to order. Enter School Code: ROO061 (3 letters/3 numbers). Supply packs will be delivered to school in August. There are also optional kits for ART CLASS and WORKROOM available. Rooster Springs staff really appreciated these optional kits this year.
