Kids College After-School Enrichment

Dripping Springs ISD offers after-school enrichment classes for grades K-5 through the Kids College program. These classes are held Monday through Friday for at least one hour, once per week on each elementary campus.

  • Register through the DSISD Webstore.

  • Classes are held on regular school days from 3:15-4:30 p.m. (unless otherwise noted).

  • Parents please communicate with your students' classroom teacher to notify them of your students' change in transportation for the days they will attend Kids College classes.

  • Enrolled students are to report to the cafeteria to meet the instructor immediately after school is dismissed. (For classes held on their campus).

  • Pick-up areas (Instructors will bring students outside. Kids Club participants will be checked back into Kids Club):

    • RSE pick-up will be at the bus pad/staff side entrance.

    • DSE pick-up will be in the front of the school at the main entrance.

    • SSE pick-up will be the front of the school at the main entrance.

    • CSE pick-up will be at the bus pad entrance.

    • WSE pick-up will be in the front of the school at the main entrance.  

    • WWSE pick-up will be in the front of the school at the main entrance.  

  • RSE or SSE students who are walking home MUST turn in WRITTEN approval to the class instructor.

  • Students are to be picked up immediately after class. There will be a late fee of $1.00 per minute due for late pick-ups.  

  • Parents should send a snack for students to eat once they get to the cafeteria.

General Guidelines

  • Community Services enrichment classes (Kids College, Summer Camps) are offered for personal enrichment only and do not provide academic credit, grades, or transcripts.

  • Instructors for Community Services enrichment classes may be provided by independent contractors who are not regular employees of Dripping Springs ISD (the district).

  • The district does not endorse the views, opinions, products, or services presented by instructors or participants.

  • All instructors are subject to applicable district background check requirements; however, Community Services programs may not have the same supervision standards as K–12 instructional programs.

  • Participants are responsible for determining their own medical fitness to participate. The district does not provide medical supervision.

  • The district provides reasonable accommodations in accordance with the ADA. Requests must be submitted in advance.

  • The district may photograph or record classes for promotional or educational purposes unless a written opt-out is submitted.

  • The district reserves the right to remove participants whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

  • The district does not provide childcare or transportation for Community Services programs unless expressly stated.

Registration, Fees & Refunds

  • Classes are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Class fees are not prorated for late enrollment, missed classes, non-attendance, or inclement weather.

  • If Community Services cancels a class or camp, 100% of the cost, including the software admin fee is refunded.

  • 100% refund, less a $10 processing fee and the software admin fee, will be given to written requests two weeks before the start of the class/camp. We are unable to accommodate refund requests after this timeframe, including illness.

  • Transfers of registrations between students, accounts, classes, or camps are not permitted.

  • Classes may be canceled, rescheduled, or modified due to insufficient enrollment, facility availability, or instructor circumstances.

  • Refunds are issued only in accordance with the district’s Community Services refund policy.
