Dripping Springs High School DECA students Hima Katta and Bella Rose have qualified for the International Career Development Conference (ICDC) after competing at the State Career Development Conference in Dallas.
Rose, the reigning second-place international finisher in Restaurant and Food Service Management, has advanced to the ICDC for the third consecutive year. Katta will compete in the Entrepreneurship Series at the international level for the first time after previously finishing as a state finalist in Principles of Finance in 2025.
Finishing as state finalists in their respective events were Christian Barradas (Automotive Services Management), Reese Baker and Tana Steinbach (Franchise Business Plan), and Anusha Manda (Restaurant and Food Service Management).
The ICDC will be held April 25-28 in Atlanta, Georgia.
