DSISD MEDIA PASS REQUEST FORM FOR 2022-2023

DSISD Athletics must limit sideline access to ensure smooth gameday operations.  We ask that all members of the press submit a media pass request in order to be considered for any Varsity event coverage.  Print out the pdf form, complete and email as noted.
