After falling behind 1-0 late in the first half, Riley Sisson recorded the game-tying goal in the 39th minute for a 1-1 score at halftime.
With just 6:04 into the second half, Taylor Hodsden propelled the Lady Tigers in front off a pass from Sofia Picucci. Caroline Dill, the tournament MVP, recorded five saves on the afternoon and the Lady Tiger defense fended off an aggressive Wakeland attack to capture the title.
