EubanksHello and welcome to all the new families! I am excited to begin my 7th year with my DSE Family! Each of you has a special place in my heart and I cannot wait to see everyone back in August!

I started my journey in education in 2005 after graduating from Texas State University with my Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Math. I have always loved working with students and was a coach for cheerleading, swimming and even bowling before going back to school to become an administrator. I completed my Master’s degree in Educational Leadership in 2013 (also from Texas State - Go Bobcats!) and for the last 8 years I have been an elementary school administrator and have loved every minute!

The rewards I have received in my years of education for serving children have been countless. Working with kids is such a joy and I could not imagine any other profession. I truly feel so lucky to have the opportunity to work with young minds every day. It is a passion of mine and I am ready  to share more memories with each of you again next year!

My husband and I met at Texas State and we have two beautiful children that also attend DSE. We enjoy spending time with family, competing in sports, being outdoors and attending college football games. We also have two pups, Zoey (miniature dachshund) and Diesel (a great dane) and they are just as much a part of the family as the kiddos!

Let’s make it a great year together! ☺

      Assistant Principal

YvonneI am honored and excited to continue to serve the DSE community as your Assistant Principal.

This is my 16th year in education, during which time I have served as a middle school Reading teacher, an Instructional Coach, Family Specialist, and an Assistant Principal. I graduated from UTSA with my Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, and Concordia University with my Master’s degree in Education Administration.

My husband Raul and I have two amazing children and a grandson who make our world go ‘round. Our son Evan is a graduate of Texas A&M (Gig’em Aggies!), and our daughter Celina is a student at Texas State University (Eat ‘em up, Cats!). We also have two four-legged children, Mona and Oliver, who allow us to live in their house!

I am thrilled to begin my 3rd year at DSE, working with the staff, parents, students, and community to provide every child the support and resources necessary to reach their fullest potential. It is such a joy to watch children learn and grow, and I feel fortunate to be allowed to do this daily.

I believe open lines of communication are extremely important, and therefore always maintain an open door policy. I look forward to meeting all of you and working together throughout the year.

    Go Tigers!

NiewoldWelcome to Dripping Springs Elementary! I’m so happy to be starting the school year with everyone. Last year I started in September.

This is my 2nd year in Dripping Springs and my 12th year in education. I received my Bachelors from Loyola University Chicago, and my Masters from University of North Teas. I taught middle school math and coached middle school girls’ soccer before heading over to high school. At the high school, I was the 504/STAAR Testing Coordinator. While I enjoyed my time being an advocate for 504 students. I really wanted to get back to working with younger students where I can help with the foundational years.

My husband and I grew up in the Chicagoland area but have been in Texas for 23 years. We have two daughters. One lives and works in North Texas. The other daughter lives in Los Angeles suburb and is getting her PhD. Both daughters attended The Ohio State University. Yes, we paid out of state tuition. Not the best fiscal choice.

I so enjoyed my first year in Dripping Springs and I am excited about my second year to start. I can’t wait to meet all our new students and welcome back those that were at DSE last year. It is such a joy to watch all our students develop and grow into leaders at DSE.
