2. Friday, May 26th is the last day of school and school dismisses at noon. Have the children wear pink for a special Friday Assembly!

3. Final reminder: If your student has medication(s) in the nurse's office please make arrangements to pick them up tomorrow before dismissal. Medications cannot be sent home with your student.  Unclaimed medications, inhalers, or EpiPens remaining in the nurse's office at the end of the day on May 26, 2023, will be destroyed per state rules.  No medications will be left on the school property over the summer. 

4. End of the Year Celebrations! Plan accordingly to allow for additional time to show or scan your ID at the front office for your badge.*** Friday 05/26 is an early release day. The 2023/2024 PTA Executive Board is now complete with the appointments of Parliamentarian, Council Reps and Comms Chair. Congrats to Darcy Scott, Scott Thornton, Charlotte Prahl, and Reese Schmit! The 2023/2024 PTA Executive Board will officially transition into their new roles starting July 1, 2023.

CSES Staff Appreciation Week is May 8-12! PTA has lots of fabulous things planned for our beloved Teachers & Staff. Sign up here to provide recess coverage for your teacher on Wed 5/10 or Thu 5/11. Also if you have something you'd like to donate for a staff prize drawing for Appreciation Week, please reach out to: Hospitality@csepta.org. Cactus notes of gratitude can still be dropped off at school (these went home with students in Thursday folder previously)! Lastly, be sure to check in with your room parents on class specific plans.
