Required Immunizations
Texas state law requires students to be immunized against certain vaccine-preventable diseases. Getting your child vaccinated not only protects their health, but the health of the community as well. For a list of local healthcare providers, please click here. Please note: We can only accept a record from an electronic health record system if it includes the clinic's contact information and the provider's signature/stamp. A screen shot or print-out from your child's patient portal does not satisfy this requirement. Thank you for understanding.
Immunization Information
Below are the immunization requirements from the Texas Department of Health. Information also can be found at the website: www.ImmunizeTexas.com. Individual student immunization records are available on Family Access.- 2023-2024 Texas Minimum State Vaccine Requirements for Students Grades K-12

Does a child have a 30-day provisional enrollment in school while awaiting the vaccine exemption form? No. Admission to a school is not allowed until records are produced showing that (1) the child has been immunized in accordance with the rules; (2) the child has an exemption affidavit from immunization requirements on file with the school in accordance with the rules; or (3) the child is entitled to provisional enrollment.
